Shipping Policy – Aura Clarify

Thank you for shopping with Aura Clarify. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the final price.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days after dispatch. These are guideline values; actual delivery may vary depending on your delivery location and the carrier's workload.

Carrier & Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, customs processing, or carrier-related circumstances. If you haven't received your order within the stated time frame, please contact us — we'll look into it right away.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt or of the expected delivery date at contact@auraclarify.com. For transit damage, please include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly for you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held liable for delays or returns resulting from an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — as long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to correct the address.
